Refunds minus a $50 non-refundable registration fee are available until the official pay-by date or the first day of the program/(course or workshop) – whichever comes first. After the first day of the program/(course or workshop) refunds are no longer available.

Prorated refunds will NOT be made.

If you have arranged a payment plan and have not fully paid your dues and decide to leave a program after it has begun, you will still be responsible for making any outstanding payments.

When emergency circumstances beyond a participant’s control prevent them from continuing in the program, they may apply for a pro-rated credit for participation in a future cohort of the same program.
