It is certainly a very tough time for the world: The war, Covid on top of the environmental and social issues. This course and our connection felt like oasis in the desert. Thank you!!!

Spiral Journey International Facilitator Development Program

The Spiral Journey Facilitator Development Program (FDP) is a 6-month online learning community to develop facilitation skills in the Work That Reconnects.

It is designed to meet the needs of people who aspire to facilitate the Work That Reconnects, supporting emerging and experienced facilitators in deepening their theoretical understanding of the Work and developing their skills in facilitation so they feel confident in bringing the Work to their communities.

We give special attention to social justice issues and reframing the Work That Reconnects so it can serve to dismantle oppression and foster liberation for all. We especially invite People of the Global Majority from around the world to join us.

I loved the way Mutima, Constance and Molly shared the facilitation. It always seemed very natural and relaxed. The most exciting thing for me on Spiral Journey was to listen to all those different accents, people from all over the world, and to see how Joanna’s teaching have touched the heart of each one. I always felt I was in a place where I was fully valued and appreciated.
